These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arjuna PDFs website and the purchase of digital study material sold on it. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Arjuna PDFs ("we", "us", "our") is an individual-run digital education initiative that curates and sells UPSC Civil Services preparation notes in PDF format. We are based in India.

2. Products

We currently sell two digital PDF products — Geography — All-in-One UPSC Notes and Polity — All-in-One UPSC Notes — at ₹99 each. The content is intended for personal, non-commercial study use by UPSC aspirants only.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, where any.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a success page containing a secure download link tied to your order. The link is meant for your personal use. Please save the file after downloading — we do not guarantee indefinite availability of individual download links.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the PDFs — text, notes, structure, diagrams — is the intellectual property of Arjuna PDFs. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, or share the PDFs (in full or in part) on any platform, including but not limited to Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, Google Drive links, coaching institutes, or resale marketplaces. Violation may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to align the notes with the latest UPSC syllabus. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that use of the notes will result in success in any examination. The notes are a study aid and not a substitute for official UPSC materials, standard textbooks, or your own preparation.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel, or use automated means to scrape content or bypass payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arjuna PDFs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the purchased content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
