Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we follow a straightforward refund policy. Please read this before purchasing.
1. Nature of Product
The Geography and Polity PDFs sold on Arjuna PDFs are downloadable digital study material. Once the download link has been accessed / the file has been downloaded, the product is deemed delivered and consumed.
2. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds on digital PDFs. However, we will consider a full refund in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order.
- Payment charged but PDF not delivered — the amount was debited from your account but no download link was ever provided, and this cannot be resolved by resending the link.
- Corrupted or unopenable file — the PDF cannot be opened on any standard PDF reader (Acrobat, Foxit, Preview) after two download attempts, and we are unable to send a working replacement.
3. What is NOT eligible for refund
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Downloading the file and later deciding you don’t need it.
- Dissatisfaction with content depth, style, or coverage — we strongly encourage you to read our product description carefully before purchase.
- Sharing your download link with others and it being misused.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@arjunapdfs.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Order ID (visible on the success page and Razorpay receipt)
- Registered email and phone number
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot / evidence of the issue, if applicable
5. Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds are approved within 3 business days of receiving the request and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days by Razorpay, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellations
Since digital delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. If you wish to stop a purchase, please close the Razorpay window before completing payment.
