This Privacy Policy explains what information Arjuna PDFs collects when you use the website and buy products from it, and how that information is used and protected.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a PDF, we collect only what is needed to fulfil your order:

• Name — for order records and personalised success page.
• Email address — as the primary contact and for order lookup.
• Phone number — used by Razorpay for payment prefill and by us for support if needed.
• Payment details — captured directly by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Order metadata — order ID, product purchased, amount, timestamp, and Razorpay payment ID.

2. How We Use It

• To process your order and deliver the PDF.
• To reply to your support queries.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To improve the product and website (aggregated, anonymised).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your financial data (card / UPI / netbanking) is handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. See razorpay.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies / local storage — primarily to keep an admin logged in, and (in future) to remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

5. Data Retention

Order records (including your name, email, phone, and payment ID) are retained for at least 3 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws.

6. Data Security

The website runs over HTTPS. Access to the admin panel and order records is protected by a password and a signed token. We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, but no system connected to the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You can request the following at any time by writing to us:

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
